Question 1

How is this different from RV consignment?

Accepted Answer

Consignment dealers only take RVs with equity — they need to profit from the sale commission. Easy Escapes RV charges a flat consulting fee regardless of your equity position, which means we can take cases consignment dealers reject: underwater loans, estate sales, divorce settlements, and complex title situations. No commission. No inventory to move.

Question 2

What does the market appraisal include?

Accepted Answer

A professional market appraisal based on current RV market conditions, your unit's year, make, model, and condition, comparable recent sales, and 25 years of Florida RV market experience. You receive a written report with a recommended listing price, pricing rationale, and a market positioning strategy. If you decide not to move forward within 7 days, the fee is fully refunded and you keep the report.

Question 3

Can you help if I owe more than my RV is worth?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Underwater RV situations require lender coordination, realistic pricing strategy, and sometimes negotiating a deficiency balance. Easy Escapes RV has navigated dozens of underwater loan situations and knows the process in Florida specifically.

Question 4

How long does it typically take to sell?

Accepted Answer

Every situation is different. The Serious Buyer Deposit System eliminates tire-kickers significantly. Clients with well-priced listings in active market conditions often see results in 2 to 6 weeks. Complex situations like estate sales or underwater loans may take longer.

Question 5

Do you work with estate sales and out-of-state executors?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Premium Package is specifically designed for out-of-state executors who need everything handled locally without being present. Frank coordinates inspections, showings, negotiations, lender payoffs, and closing documentation.

Question 6

What areas of Florida do you serve?

Accepted Answer

The primary market is the Tampa–Orlando–Sarasota corridor, with operations since 2015. Consulting services are available to Florida sellers statewide. Hands-on services under the Premium Package are focused on Central Florida and the Gulf Coast region.

Question 7

I tried selling privately and it didn't work. Can you still help?

Accepted Answer

Almost always, yes. Failed private sales usually come down to pricing that doesn't reflect market conditions, weak listing copy, or no system to filter unserious buyers. The appraisal identifies which of these is the issue and the strategy session provides a clear path forward.
