I charge a flat consulting fee regardless of your equity position, which means I can take cases consignment dealers reject: underwater loans, estate sales, divorce settlements, and complex title situations. A professional market appraisal based on current RV market conditions, your unit’s year/make/model/condition, comparable recent sales, and 25 years of Florida RV market experience. You receive a written report with a recommended listing price, pricing rationale, and a market positioning strategy.
